- We ship to the entire national territory (Colombia) and to international destinations.
- If you would like to confirm coverage for your specific location, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
2. Shipping times
- Domestic Shipping:
- Major cities: 4-6 business days.
- Rural or hard-to-reach areas: 6-10 business days.
- International Shipping:
- North America: 6-8 business days.
- Europe and other continents: 10-15 business days.
Note: Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, logistical delays or customs regulations.
3. Shipping costs
- Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on purchases over $200,000 COP within Colombia. The shipping cost for purchases under $200,000 COP is $ 15,500 COP to any city in Colombia.
- Shipping to the United States: Shipping to the United States is totally FREE, but ONLY for items purchased through our online store www.zuhausa.com.
- Important: Items purchased through our online store www.cueroszuha.com, do NOT have shipping to the United States.
4. Packaging and shipping process
- Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours following payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.
5. Shipment tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time through the carrier's platform.
6. Complaints policies
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete or you do not receive it within the estimated time:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order or by the end of the estimated delivery time.
- Please provide photos of the damage or details of the problem.
- We will investigate the case with the transport company and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
7. Returns for undelivered shipments
If a package cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer.
- Absence of the recipient at the registered address.
The package will be returned to our facilities. In this case, the customer will be responsible for covering the costs associated with a new shipment.
