Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ZUHA Store of leather bags and accessories for men and women!

We offer exchanges within the first 10 days of receiving your product at your address. If more than 10 days have passed since you received your product at your address, changes will not be accepted.

Eligibility for changes

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your exchange, we require the receipt or proof of purchase issued by our platform at the time of making your purchase.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to management@zuhaonline.com and send your item to the address given to you at the time of making the exchange request.

Exempt Items

The following articles are exempt from changes:

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing a part for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item exchanged more than 10 days after receipt at your address.

Once we receive and inspect your exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item sent for exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your change.

If approved, then your change will be processed within 10 days of approval of your change.

    Shipment

    • Please return the product to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address that will be provided to you at the time of approval of your request for said change.

    • Customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to exchange the item.

    • Shipping costs are not refundable.

    • Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive at your address may vary.

    • Please NOTE that we CANNOT guarantee that we will receive your item sent for exchange, until we receive it and inspect it we cannot initiate the exchange.
